Description

Northrop Grumman Electronics Sector - Marine Systems (NGES-MS) specializes in the design, development, manufacture, assembly and test of propulsion, and power generation systems for naval surface ships and submarines. The successful candidate will manage the team that is responsible for the preparation of proposal estimates for factory direct and factory support labor hours for all product lines. Develop strategy for manufacturing approach to respond to customer requests. Proficient in theory and application of improvement curves. Oversee development and application of Cost Estimating Relationships (CERs). Present to management, including executive staff and VP. Support fact finding, negotiations, and audits as needed. Experience with large precision fabrication and machining is required. Must be detail oriented, familiar with FAR and TINA requirements Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills combined with a can do attitude are essential. Superior written and verbal communication skills are required. Must have Microsoft Office computer skills. Experience with SAP a plu B.S. Technical Degree Preferred with 5+ years of relevant experience required. Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a clearance. Security Clearance Required.
